Project Description:
PI 0019465 is the result of a project split into 2 segments from (0013578) in August 2022. PI 0019465 is now Phase I. PI 0019465 in Laurens County proposes the improvement of State Route 31 (US 441) from just north of Poplar Springs Church Road to just south SR 117 for an approximate distance of 6.13 miles. The existing two-lane and three-lane roadway is proposed to be widened to a four-lane divided roadway with a of 32-foot-wide depressed grass median and a Roundabout at SR 46/SR 31 (US 441).
