Project Description:

The proposed project will convert the intersection of SR 42 / Moreland Avenue and Arkwright Place into a right-in/right-out (RIRO) by constructing a median to restrict all left turn movements and prohibit through movements from Arkwright Place. This project will include a signalized pedestrian crossing. The improvement is anticipated to help reduce congestion and help improve safety at the intersection.
