Project Description:
PI#0020739 (I-16 from I-95/Chatham to SR67/Bulloch) is a Design-Build Best Value/Variable Scope Delivery project. The project includes the widening of approximately 32.5 miles of I-16 from four to six lanes within the existing median between SR 67 in Bulloch County and I-95 in Chatham County. Improvements to the outside shoulders, resurfacing the existing travel lanes, and replacement of several mainline bridges, are included.
