Operational improvements to the intersection of SR 8/DL Hollowell Parkway at SR 70 / Fulton Industrial Boulevard located in the Atlanta city limits in Fulton County, Georgia. Improvements include an additional left turn lane (creating dual left turn lanes) for westbound SR 8/DL Hollowell Parkway to southbound SR 70/Fulton Industrial Boulevard and the optimization of the signal operations.
