Project Description:
The project consists of replacing the existing five span arch bridge on State Route (SR) 61/ US 411 at Sumac Creek, located approximately 1.6 miles north of Crandall in Murray County. The total project length is approximately 0.8 miles. The new bridge will have two 12-ft lanes, one in each direction, with 10-ft shoulders and MASH compliant concrete barrier. The bridge will be stage-constructed while maintaining two traffic lanes throughout construction of the new bridge.
