The project is located approximately 5 miles north of Loganville in Walton County. The intersection of SR 81/Ozora Church Road is located within the community of Windsor. The proposed project is an intersection improvement project that proposes replacing the minor road stop with a three-leg single lane roundabout with bypass lanes.
