Project Description:

The proposed project would install a road diet and bike lane along SR 154 / Memorial Dr between Grant St and Pearl St. The project also proposes to add one mid-block pedestrian crossing, one Right-In-Right-Out (RIRO) and one Restricted Crossing U-Turn (RCUT) between Grant St and Pearl St. For the corridor section between SR 42 / US 23 / Moreland Ave and SR 155 / Candler Rd, the project also proposes to install mid-block pedestrian crossings, RIROs and RCUTs at several locations.
