The proposed Baldwin County Regional Airport multi-use trail and trail head would offer increased recreational opportunities and provide a safer alternative to using perimeter roads around the Baldwin County Regional Airport.

The proposed Norcross Greenway Project would provide approximately 3.3 miles of shared-use paths offering a commute and recreational transport alternative that will serve and connect multiple neighborhoods, employment centers, schools, churches, and parks between South Cemetery Street and the Beaver Ruin Road shared-use trail at Pinnacle Way/Beaver Ruin Road.

This project proposes to replace two bridges on SR 25 over the Savannah River, PI #0013741, and the Middle River, PI #0013742 in Chatham County.

The proposed project would construct new bridges on an off-set alignment approximately 50 feet to the north of and parallel to the existing bridge alignments. Blasting activity to remove part of the existing James P. Houlihan bridge may be required as part of the project. Blasting would restrict use of the Houlihan Landing Boat Ramp, and these restrictions may last several days. Changeable message boards and notices will be used to provide advance notices of any changing conditions to access and short-term suspension of the use of the boat ramps.

The proposed project would address soil slope failure, soil/hillside erosion, and water intrusion damage at one location on SR 2/US 76 approximately 16 miles west of Clayton, GA. The project proposes to install a retaining wall, rehabilitate the roadway, and install water drainage infrastructure to address stormwater runoff at the location.
