Project Description:

The proposed project is to widen and reconstruct SR 21 into a six-lane, median-divided highway with intersection improvements to address both current geometric deficiencies and future operational challenges. This project is expected to improve traffic flow and capacity, achieving an acceptable LOS for this section of the SR 21 corridor. Additionally, the project aims to alleviate congestion and potentially reduce the frequency and severity of crashes along the corridor.
