Recognizing the Risk

Georgia DOT Partners with Scholastic in Georgia’s Schools

GDOT has joined with Scholastic, the global children's publishing, education, and media company on an educational initiative designed for today’s middle-school, pre-teens. This educational program, Recognizing the Risk, engages Georgia’s youth in learning about the dangers of distracted driving and walking.

GDOT is proud to be a partner in this crucial outreach expected to inspire positive social behaviors among youth before they get behind the wheel. Recognizing the Risk coincides with the GDOT Drive Alert Arrive Alive and See and Be Seen campaigns.
