Urbanized Area Formula Grants (Section 5307)

Purpose

Urbanized Area Formula Grants assist in the development of transportation improvement programs, long-range transportation plans, and other technical studies.

Eligibility

Apportionments are made to the States for formula distribution to the Metropolitan Planning Organizations to be used in urbanized areas within each state.
