Help Information

DOC Files:

• If you do not have Microsoft Word, you will not be able to open a .DOC file.

Downloading ALL Document (DOC) files :

• If you would like to download the whole document (DOC) all at once, you need the unzip program.
• If you do not have the unzip program, click this to download WinZip.
• If you do not have MS Word, download file as a PDF and download the Acrobat Reader if needed.

PDF Files:

• Many documents are downloadable in PDF format.
• If you do not have the Acrobat Reader program, click this to download the Acrobat Reader plugin. (Acrobat Reader is necessary for opening a PDF document.)
