Project Description:

This project consists of 2.59 miles of roadway improvements on West Society Avenue and Clark Avenue and a new bridge structure. The project limits are from Jefferson Street to a new bridge that connects West Society Avenue to Clark Avenue and continues east along Clark Avenue to Liberty Expressway. The roadway improvements include widening to four 11' travel lanes and a 16' raised median, and urban 12' shoulders with 5' sidewalks. The bridge will have four 11' lanes and an 6' median, and 8' sidewalks. The bridge will have a Texas rail parapet.
