Overview

The Georgia DOT, on behalf of all engaged stakeholders, is procuring a Master Developer through its Public-Private Partnership (P3) program to oversee the design and implementation of the MMPT. Georgia DOT’s P3 program is intended to facilitate private sector investment and participation in the development of the State’s transportation system via public-private partnership agreements.
