Program Administration

We are taking a very calculated path in the establishment and execution of Georgia’s P3 program, from the methodology used in the selection and prioritization of projects to the framework that will guide a project from solicitation to final delivery. We have learned from our own experiences and those of other states with public private programs. We have built a team of professionals that are among the best in the nation in their respective P3-related fields. Finally, we are successfully bringing together the many organizations, stakeholders and entities that will make Georgia’s program a model for Public Private Partnerships.
