Rules
The overall framework in which our P3 program operates is driven by a set of rules. These rules provide the Department, our private sector partners and those seeking to work with the Department a clear understanding of how the P3 program is to be executed.
On February 18, 2010, the State Transportation Board opened the official rule-making process, providing a 30-day public review period. We encourage you to review the rules and provide related comments.
