We will produce a number of regular reports on Georgia's P3 program, including a quarterly update provided to the legislature.

7-31-11: The P3 Steering Committee provided to the State Transportation Board a list of projects to be considered for P3.

1-14-10: Georgia DOT leaders met with members of Georgia’s House and Senate Transportation Committees to provide the second quarterly report under the SB 200 legislation.

10-20-09: Georgia DOT leaders met with members of Georgia’s House and Senate Transportation Committees to provide the first quarterly report under the SB 200 legislation. The report provided an update on the P3 program and solicited comments on draft rules that will guide the P3 program.
