Customers can now submit revision request to previously issued permits within a 48-hour business day window. Please submit permit request form by email or fax and the revised permit will be returned as the original permit was issued (fax or email). NOTE: a $6 fee (plus a $7 convenience charge for credit card use) may be charged.

- 2. Open your email; attach the completed revision request application.
