Please submit one original application along with additional copies for each area class requested that require a separate reviewer. Be sure to include detailed resumes and specific project experience for the requested area classes. Please include with each submission your Firm's Registration and Business License from the Georgia Secretary of State. The prequalification committee meets on the second Thursday of each month. The list of documents below are provided in Microsoft Word 97 format. To download them, right-click on the link and select Save As from the pop-up menu. Documents below reflect the new Class(es) and revisions to existing classes.
