Additional Area Class(es) Applicants

If you are requesting additional areas only, you must submit an updated copy of your current prequalification application (Form PC1-1), along with the area class check sheet (stating only the additional area class(es) your firm is requesting). You must also detailed resumes and specific project experience to demonstrate the firm's expertise in the areas requested along with correspondence stating the nature of your request. Do not re-apply for areas for which you are already prequalified. The expiration date of the new certificate will be the same as the old one, but will contain all of your old and newly prequalified areas.
