Resource Planning

The function of this unit includes but is not limited to, determining the need for consultants and development of Consultant Acquisition Plan (CAP) for each fiscal year; revisions of project estimates based on the need to utilize consultants, creation of Resource Planning calendar and communication plan regarding as it relates to consultant utilization within the Department. This unit also resources within the Preconstruction Division are adequate to meet the delivery goods of the Division.

• Consultant Aquisition Plan (CAP) - List of potential projects for outsourcing to consultants per fiscal year.
• Calendar - Proposed schedule of project advertisements and other Resource Planning events.
