Effective July 1, 2008, the Consultant Procurement and Contract Management unit of the Office of Program Delivery/Consultant Design transfers to the new Procurement Division. Most functions as currently performed will continue as they have in the past. Any functions that will not be continued in the Procurement section will be transitioned to other areas in an orderly fashion. More information will be provided as this transition continues.
Consultant Procurement & Contract Management
The responsibilities of this unit include the procurement of consultant services for design and any related work performed by architectural and engineering firms including firms providing other ancillary services to support design work. In addition, this unit handles all the administrative functions relating to advertisement of architectural and engineering services, consultant selections, contract negotiations and contract management activities such as processing of invoices, contract development and pre-award and post award audit activities.
