Support Page for GDOT Bridge Engineering Programs and Basic Drawings.
The Office of Bridge and Structural Design's programs require that the files be installed in their default location. The programs will not work properly if the folder and/or file structure is changed. If requests for support are submitted, the first check will be of the folder and/or file structure. If the folder and/or file structure has been changed, the user will be required to reinstall GDOT's programs.
MicroStation Customization
The Office of Bridge and Structural Design has upgraded to MicroStation/J. Structural Consultants working on GDOT Contracts are required to use MicroStation/J with the Office of Bridge and Structural Design's MicroStation Customization.
The Office of Bridge and Structural Design's MicroStation Customization files includes a folder structure that is required to be on the C:\ Drive along with the "Bentley" folder.
Engineering Programs
These programs require MicroStation/J and the Office of Bridge and Structural Design’s MicroStation Customization.
Basic Drawings
All Basic Drawings are MicroStation drawing files (*.dgn).
Both English and Metric Units are available.
