Thank you for your interest in doing business with Georgia DOT as an Operational Purchasing Vendor/Supplier. The operational side of Procurement for Georgia DOT accommodates all necessary purchases for the agency that includes, goods, equipment and services (excluding road construction and professional services for architects and engineers) through open market purchases, competitive solicitations and contracts.

Operational Purchasing is the central purchasing office and administrator for the GDOT agency in all statewide purchases, it provides customer service for all GDOT Divisions and serves as the liaison to suppliers and the State Purchasing Division (SPD) of the Department of Administrative Services (DOAS).

Vendor/Supplier Registration

Access Team Georgia Marketplace Online Registry.  Georgia DOT solicitations can be responded to by registering as a vendor/supplier with Team Georgia Marketplace (TGM). This online registry enables suppliers to register with the State of Georgia and participate in any electronic solicitation hosted through the site. GDOT solicitations are published on site to help promote competition by being available to all those who wish to participate. 

NOTE: This registry is vendor “maintained” which means that the supplier is completely responsible for updating and maintaining all company data.   Please contact DOAS customer service at (404) 657-6000 if you require assistance. 

Georgia Procurement Registry (GPR)

Access Georgia Procurement Registry   Users can view and search current bid solicitations posted by State government entities. The registry also has a variety of search features that will allow the interested party to thoroughly investigate all available opportunities. Suppliers can access the registry at http://ssl.doas.state.ga.us/PRSapp/PR_index.jsp

Georgia Procurement Manual (GPM)

Access Geogia Procurment Manual.  This manual serves as a resource for all suppliers desiring to do business with any state agency.  It is highly recommended that suppliers read the GPM prior to responding to any solicitation.

Open Records Request

Access Open Records Request Form to officially submit a request for information related to any solicitation. All open record requests are handled by Legal Services, who respond to requests for information that are received pursuant to the Open Records Act as well as, discovery requests and subpoenas.  When requesting public information related to purchasing projects please be sure to specifically identify the following items:

  • Solicitation name, title, number and close date
  • Specific information being requested
