Title VI

The Georgia DOT Title VI Program ensures no person shall be excluded from participation in, or is denied the benefits of, or is subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance from the Department of Transportation on the grounds of race, color, age, sex, disability or national origin.

Goals

The primary goal of the program is to ensure that all GDOT employees, sub-recipients (which include contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, local governments), and service beneficiaries are aware of the provisions of Title VI and the responsibilities associated with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Training Registration

In order to register for training you must access Georgia DOT's Learning Management System (LMS). NOTE: Each person registering for training MUST create a separate account with a valid email address, DOB and DL.
